Նոյեմբերի 26-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Ագարակ համայնքի վարչական տարածքի չգործող քարհանքից տրակտորներ են գողացել:
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնից օպերատիվ խումբ, ինչպես նաև պարեկային ծառայության կարգախումբ է մեկնել նշված վայր: Պարզվել է, որ նոյեմբերի 25-ի ժամը 19.00-ից նոյեմբերի 26-ի ժամը 18.15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում գողացել են չգործող քարհանքի երկու անսարք տրակտորները:
Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ գողությունը կատարել են 25-ամյա, 24-ամյա և 41-ամյա երեք տղամարդիկ՝ նորխարբերդցի 41-ամյա տղամարդու «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոտարհանիչ-մանիպուլյատոր և երևանցի 24-ամյա երիտասարդի «Քեմրի» մեքենաներով:
Նոյեմբերի 27-ին նրանք ձերբակալվել և տարվել են ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին, որտեղ երևանցի երիտասարդները խոստովանել են, որ նոյեմբերի 26-ի ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում քարհանքի տարածքից գողացել են երկու անսարք տրակտոր, որոնք այնուհետև 900 000 դրամով հանձնել են Արգավանդ համայնքի Կենտրոնական փողոցի մետաղների ընդունման կետ:
«Մերսեդես» ավտոտարհանիչ-մանիպուլյատոր և «Քեմրի» մեքենաները տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Կազմված փաստաթղթերը և երեք տղամարդիկ ներկայացվել են Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
