«Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» հայտնել է Հայաստանից որոշ ապրանքների մուտքը թույլ չտալու պատճառները

Ռուսաստանի անասնաբուժական ու սանիտարահիգիենիկ հսկողության ծառայությունը («Россельхознадзор»-խմբ․) մտահոգություն է հայտնել Հայաստանից բուսական արտադրանքի մատակարարման ժամանակ հաճախակի դարձած խախտումների կապակցությամբ, ինչով էլ պայմանավորված է Հայաստանից որոշ ապրանքների մատակարարման հետ կապված խնդիրները։

Ինչպես նշված է ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակված հաղորդագրության մեջ, 2023 թվականին «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» տարածքային վարչությունների կողմից հայտնաբերվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից ստացված ծաղկային և պտուղ-բանջարեղենային արտադրանքներում կարանտինային վնասակար օրգանիզմների առկայության 72 դեպք: Ընդ որում, նոյեմբերին արձանագրվել է խախտումների կտրուկ աճ։

«Միայն նոյեմբերի 24-26-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հայտնաբերվել է վարակված ծաղիկների, վարունգի, չրերի, խաղողի, ծաղկակաղամբի, լոլիկի, պղպեղի, սմբուկի, խնձորի, տանձի ներկրման 36 փաստ, որոնք ստացվել են ՀՀ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից տրված բուսասանիտարական հավաստագրերի ուղեկցությամբ: Բուսական արտադրանքում հայտնաբերվել են ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների համար կարանտինային օբյեկտներ՝ аրևելյան ցեց (Grapholita molesta (Busck), պեպինոյի խճանկարային վիրուս (Pepino mosaic virus), լոլիկի, մրգերի շագանակագույն կնճռոտման վիրուս (Tomato brown rugose fruit virus), արևմտյան ծաղկային տրիպս (Frankliniella occidentalis Pergand)», - հայտնել են «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորից»:

Բացի այդ, հաղորդվում է, որ նոյեմբերին Հայաստանից ներմուծված լոլիկի, ելակի, խնձորի և խաղողի մեջ պեստիցիդների մնացորդային պարունակության առավելագույն թույլատրելի մակարդակը գերազանցելու 5 դեպք է արձանագրվել, ինչը կարող է վկայել արտադրողների կողմից պեստիցիդների կիրառման կանոնակարգերի խախտման մասին:

«Նշվածը վկայում է ՀՀ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից վերահսկողության նվազման մասին և սպառնալիք է ստեղծում Ռուսաստանի բուսասանիտարական բարեկեցության համար», - հայտնել են «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորից»՝ ընդգծելով, որ բոլոր խախտումների մասին տեղեկացվել է Հայաստանի իրավասու գերատեսչությանը, սակայն իրականացված հետաքննությունների մասին տեղեկատվություն ծառայությունը մինչ օրս չի ստացվել:

«Հաշվի առնելով այս իրավիճակը՝ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» պաշտոնական նամակ է ուղարկել Հայաստան՝ խնդրելով անհապաղ սպառիչ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Ռուսաստան վարակված արտադրանքի ուղարկումը կանխելու համար և ռուսական գերատեսչությանը տեղեկացնել այդ մասով իրականացված աշխատանքների մասին», - ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ հաղորդվում է, որ այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ բուսասանիտարական հսկողությունը սահմանին իրականացվում է բնականոն ռեժիմով և Հայաստանից մեկնող բեռների զննման և ձևակերպման կանոններում փոփոխություններ տեղի չեն ունեցել։
