Երևան համայքնում տեղական վճարների 2024 թվականի դրույքաչափերի առաջարկվող փոփոխություններով պայմանավորված՝ ավտոկայանատեղիների վճարների դրույքաչաափերը սահմանվելու են գոտիավորման սկզբունքով: Այս մասին հայտնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի քարոտւղար Հայկ Կոստանյանը։
«Առաջարկվում է Երևան քաղաքում սահմանել Ա և Բ գոտիներ:
Ա գոտին ներառում է Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ, Ագաթանգեղոս, Խանջյան, Ալեք Մանուկյան, Չարենց, Կորյուն, Աբովյանի պուրակ, Իսահակյան, Մոսկովյան, Սարյան և Լեո փողոցների շրջանակը, ընդհանուր՝ շուրջ 40 փողոց և պողոտա: Նշված հատվածներում ըստ առաջարկվող տարբերակի, նախատեսվում է կիրառել հետևյալ դրույքաչափերը.
Ա գոտի՝
Յուրաքանչյուր 1 ժամվա համար ՝ 300 դրամ
Յուրաքանչյուր 1 օրվա համար՝ 2000 դրամ
Մեկ շաբաթվա համար՝ 5000 դրամ
Մեկ ամսվա համար՝ 18000 դրամ
Մեկ տարվա համար՝ 160 000 դրամ
Բ գոտի՝
Յուրաքանչյուր 1 ժամվա համար ՝ 200 դրամ
Յուրաքանչյուր 1 օրվա համար 1000 դրամ
Մեկ շաբաթվա համար՝ 2000 դրամ
Մեկ ամսվա համար՝ 4000 դրամ
Մեկ տարվա համար՝ 24000 դրամ
Նախաձեռնության հիմքում առաջնահերթ՝ մայրաքաղաքի փոքր կենտրոնն էականանորեն բեռնաթափելն է, այլ ոչ համայնքային բյուջեի եկամուտներն այս կերպ ավելացնելը: Ընդ որում՝ սա տրանսպորտային բարեփոխումների համատեքստում համայնքի կողմից իրականացվող շարունական քայլերից մեկն է, որն ունենալու է նաև այլ բաղադրիչներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ հաջորդիվ փոքր կենտրոնում ավելանալու են հասարակական տրանսպորտի համար առանձնացված երթևեկելի գոտիները: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների ամբողջ տրամաբանությունը հասարակական տրանսպորտի համար առաջնահերթություն սահմանելն է»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
