Շահրամանյանն Ադրբեջանի հետ չի բանակցում, կապի մեջ է այնտեղ պահվող ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության և քաղաքացիների հետ․ խորհրդական

ԱՀ նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանն այս պահին բանակցություններ չի վարում Ադբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, եթե բանակցություն լիներ՝ Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմը համապատասխան հայտարարությամբ հանդես կգար, Շահրամանյանը հանրությունից թաքցնելու բան չունի։
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը՝ մեկնաբանալով Արցախի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի հայտարարությունը, թե Սամվել Շահրամանյանը բանակցում է Բաքվի հետ, ամեն օր զանգում է Բաքու։
«Ճիշտ կլինի այս հարցով դիմեք Սամվել Բաբայանին, թող նա մանրամասն ներկայացնի այդ հարցը, մեզ էլ է հետաքրքրում, թե այդ ինչ տեղեկություններ են, թե Շահրամանյանն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով կապի մեջ է լինում Բաքվի հետ»,- նշեց նա։
Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդականը չբացառեց, որ տեխնիկական հարցերի շուրջ Շահրամանյանը կարող է շփումներ ունենալ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ, մասնավորապես՝ Բաքվում գտնվող գերիների հարցով:
«ԱԺ պագամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանն էլ է նշել, որ նախկին նախագահները բացի իրենց ընտանիքի անդամներից նաև կապի մեջ են Շահրամանյանի հետ։ Դա ենթադրում է որոշակի միջնորդավորված աշխատանքներ։ Եթե Արցախի նախկին նախագահները կապվում են կամ մեր մյուս քաղաքացիները, ովքեր այս պահին գերեվարված են, որոշակի կապի ստեղծում է տեղի ունենում։
Մենք նաև ունենք անհետ կորածների խնդիր, Շահրամանյանն այդ հարցով ակտիվ զբաղվում է համապատասխան մարմինների հետ», - հավելեց Գրիգորյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ Շահրամանյանը ոչ թե կապի մեջ է Բաքվի հետ, այլ՝ այնտեղ պահվող թե՛ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության, թե՛ մյուս քաղաքացիների հետ։
«Բաքվի հետ կապի մեջ լինելը պետք է հասկանանք, թե ինչ տրամաբանության մեջ է։ Բաքվում պահվող մարդկանց և իրենց հարազատների միջև Շահրամանայանը փորձում է կապ ապահովել, որպեսզի այն լինի որոշակի պարաբերականությամբ»,- հավելեց նա։
Ի դեպ, Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանը հայտնել է, որ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը զրուցել է գերեվարված նախկին նախագահների և պաշտոնյաների հետ։
