ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանի կարիերան եւ ունեցվածքը

Մի քանի օր առաջ ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2013 թվականի տարեկան հայտարարագիրը: Այդ ժամանակ նա Մեքսիկայում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանն էր: Եվ այսպես, հայտարարագրի համաձայն՝ Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը 2013 թվականի տարեսկզբին ունեցել է 12 միլիոն դրամի չափով դրամական միջոցներ, որը տարեվերջին նվազել է 2 միլիոնով եւ կազմել 10 միլիոն դրամ: Նույն տարում դեսպանը ստացել է 30 հազար ամերիկյան դոլարի չափով եկամուտ, որ կազմում է նրա աշխատավարձը եւ 13 միլիոն դրամ՝ տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսներից:
Գրիգոր Յուրիկի Հովհաննիյանը Թաֆթսի համալսարանի Ֆլեթչեր ինստիտուտի Իրավունքի եւ դիվանագիտության դպրոցի սան է։ 1992-1993 թվականներին միջազգային հարաբերությունների գծով մասնագիտացել է Բեյրութի Հայկազյան համալսարանում: Դիվանագիտական ծառայության բավականին մեծ փորձ ունի: Եվ ուշագրավ է, որ մամուլն առանձնապես չանդրադարձավ էլ, թե ով է ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ նորանշանակ դեսպանը: Հովհաննիսյանը 1996-1998թթ. ՄԱԿ Հատուկ առաքելության շրջանակներում, Աֆրիկյան Մեծ Լճերի տարածաշրջանում` Ռուանդայում, Զաիրում, Բուրունդիում, Ուգանդայում, Տանզանիայում, ԿԱՀ-ում եւ Քենիայում աշխատել է որպես Հատուկ համակարգողի խորհրդական ծրագրերի եւ հանրային կապերի պատասխանատու։ Դիվանագիտական աշխատանք է իրականացրել նաեւ Կոնգոյում, Երուսաղեմում, Պաղեստինում, Սիրիայում, Հորդանանում, 2006թ. օգոստոս-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին եղել է Լիբանանում ՄԱԿ-ի արտակարգ առաքելության Սայդայի տարածաշրջանի համակարգող։ 2009-2013 թվականերին եղել է Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս։ 2013թ. դեկտեմբերի 26-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է Մեքսիկական Միացյալ Նահանգներում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան, 2014 թվականին՝ համատեղության կարգով նաեւ Կուբայում, Գվատեմալայում, Պանամայում, Կոստա Ռիկայում ՀՀ արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան։ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին, ազատվելով նշված պաշտոններից, նշանակվել է ԱՄՆ-ում արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան:
