Սկոպյեում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 30-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակներում նոյեմբերի 30-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Կովկասում և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինա Պիրիսի հետ։
Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ-ն, վերահաստատելով տարածաշրջանում կայունության հաստատման հարցում իր ամուր հանձնառությունը և չնայած առկա մարտահրավերներին, որոնք բխում են նաև ԼՂ-ում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված էթնիկ զտումից, շարունակում է ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համաձայնագրի նախագծի համաձայնեցման հարցում։
Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է Ադրբեջանի հստակ, հանրային դիրքորոշումը տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ ճանաչման, 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի և ԽՍՀՄ ամենաթարմ, լեգիտիմ քարտեզների հիման վրա սահմանազատման հետագա գործընթացի ապահովման հարցում։
Անդրադառնալով «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագրին՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է երկրների ինքնիշխանության և իրավազորության ներքո տարածաշրջանային բոլոր կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցում ՀՀ միանշանակ և միջազգային գործընկերների համար ընկալելի դիրքորոշումը։
