Նոյեմբերի 27-ի ժամը 14.00-ին հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության խումբը ծոծրակի վերքով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել 21-ամյա երիտասարդի: Նա հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքը ստացել է Տերյան փողոցում ընկնելու հետևանքով:
Ժամը 14.10-ին նույն հիվանդանոցից հաջորդ հաղորդումն է ստացվել. ազդրի ծակած վերքով բուժօգնության էր դիմել 16-ամյա մի պատանի:
Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի և Մարաշի բաժանմունքի ծառայողները համատեղ ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզել են, որ նոյեմբերի 27-ի ժամը 13.20-ի սահմաններում 21-ամյա երիտասարդը, ինչ-ինչ հարցեր պարզաբանելու համար, 8 ընկերների հետ Տերյան փողոցի զբոսայգում հանդիպել են 16-ամյա պատանու և նրա 9 ընկերների հետ: Վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, որի ընթացքում 21-ամյա երիտասարդը կտրող-ծակող առարկայով խփել է 16-ամյա պատանուն, ինչից հետո պատանու ընկերները քարերով հարվածներ են հասցրել 21-ամյա երիտասարդին և նրա ընկերներին: Փոխադարձ հարվածները զուգորդվել են հայհոյանքներով՝ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ:
Հետագա միջոցառումներով 21-ամյա երիտասարդը Աբովյան փողոցում հայտնաբերվել, խուլիգանություն կատարելու և մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու հիմնավոր կասկածով ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին:
