Հայաստանը պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնի իր անվտանգությունը․ Վահագն Խաչատուրյան

Հայաստանի նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը Դուբայում հանդիպեց Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»֊ի թղթակիցը, Հայաստանի նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ տարբեր երկրներ այցերի ընթացքում ինքը նախընտրում է հանդիպումներ անցկացնել հայ համայնքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որի հիմնական նպատակն է նրանց տեղեկացնել, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունենում Հայաստանում և Հայաստանի շուրջ։
«Շատ հաճախ նաև Հայաստանում ապրող մարդիկ լիովին չեն տիրապետում իրական տեղեկատվության, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում մեր երկրում, որովհետև տեղեկատվությունն այսօր բազմաբովանդակ է, ապատեղեկատվությունն էլ շատ արագ է տարածվում։ Ուստի, իմ կարծիքով, պետական պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպումները ձեզ համար լավ հնարավորություն է իրական տեղեկություններ ստանալ մեր երկրում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին»,֊ ասաց նախագահը։
Նախագահը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ խաղաղության պայմանագիի շուրջ բանակցային գործընթացի զարգացումները՝ շեշտելով, որ այդ գործընթացում հնարավոր չի լինում առաջընթաց գրանցել Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական դիրքորոշումների պատճառով։ ՀՀ նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանն այս գործընթացում կառուցողական է տրամադրված, իսկ Ադրբեջանը վերջին շրջանում խուսափում է բանակցություններից։
Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն ընդգծեց, որ շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի Հայաստանում մեկնարկած ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումները լինեն շարունակական։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանն այդ պրիզմայով պետք է ներկայանա աշխարհին, քանի որ ժողովրդավարությունը նպաստում է տարբեր երկրների հետ հարաբերությունները զարգացնելուն։
Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած անվտանգային մարտահրավերներին։ Նա նշեց, որ անվտանգության առումով Հայաստանը խնդիրներ ունի, քանի որ անվտանգային այն համակարգը, որում երկիրը երկար տարիներ եղել է, չի աշխատել, ինչի հետևանքով էլ երկիրը լուրջ խնդիրների է բախվում։ Նախագահը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը պետք է դիվերսիֆիկացնի իր անվտանգությունը և կախված չլինի մեկ կենտրոնից։
Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը նաև կարևորեց հարևան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը՝ նշելով, որ հարևան երկրների հետ խաղաղ ու համերաշխ ապրելուն, բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններին այլընտրանք չկա։
Նախագահը հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին ներկաիացրեց նաև «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը։
