Հայաստանը աշխատուժում կանանց ներկայցվածության չափանիշով աշխարհում առաջին տեղում է

Qualtrics թիմը հավաքել է աշխարհի 180 երկրների՝ աշխատաշուկայում կանանց վերաբերյալ վիճակագրական տվյալները։ Ըստ այս տվյալների Հայաստանը աշխարհում առաջին տեղում է աշխատուժում կանանց ներկայցվածության չափանիշով՝ 52․76%։
Աշխատուժում կանանց վերաբերյալ վիճակագրական տվյալները հավաքվել են Համաշխարհային բանկի Համաշխարհային զարգացման ցուցանիշների տվյալների բազայից, որը տվյալներ է ստացել Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպությունից և ՄԱԿ-ի բնակչության բաժնից:
Աշխատուժի քանի տոկոսն են կազմում կանայք ամբողջ աշխարհում: Աշխատուժում կանանց մասնաբաժնի համաշխարհային միջին ցուցանիշը 2022 թվականին կազմել է 39,49% ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Միացյալ Նահանգներին: ԱՄՆ-ում աշխատուժում կանանց մասնաբաժինը համաշխարհային միջինից բարձր է ընդամենը 7% - ով և կազմում է 46,38%, ինչը ԱՄՆ-ին դասում է 71-րդ տեղը 180 երկրների շարքում:
«Այն երկիրը, որտեղ ամենից շատ կանայք են աշխատում, Հայաստանն է, որտեղ աշխատուժի 52,76% - ը կանայք են: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ կանայք կազմում են աշխատուժի մեծամասնությունը, Հայաստանը դեռ երկար ճանապարհ ունի անցնելու գենդերային աշխատավարձի բացը կրճատելու համար, քանի որ երկիրը համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումի գենդերային ճեղքվածքի ինդեքսով 146 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցնում է 89-րդ տեղը: Հայաստանն այն տասը երկրներից է, որտեղ աշխատուժի կեսից ավելին կանայք են: մնացած ինը երկրներին կարելի է ծանոթանալ ստորև»,- գրում է կայքը:
