Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Սկոպյեում ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 30-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակներում ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Պիա Կաումանի հետ: Հայտնել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են ԵԱՀԿ գործունեությանն առնչվող հարցերի՝ հաշվի առնելով նախորդ շաբաթ Երևանում հաջողությամբ անցկացված ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ աշնանային նստաշրջանի քննարկումները։
ԵԱՀԿ հիմնարար սկզբունքների կոպտագույն խախտումների, ԵԱՀԿ տարածքում ուժի կիրառման գործելակերպի համատեքստում ՀՀ արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ միջազգային հանրությունն առերեսվում է այն իրականության հետ, որտեղ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի ավելի քան ինն ամիս անմարդկային շրջափակումից, սեպտեմբերի 19-ի լայնածավալ հարձակումից հետո ԼՂ ողջ հայ բնակչությունը բռնի տեղահանվել է իր հայրենիքից։
Հարավային Կովկասում կայության ապահովմանն ուղղված քայլերի համատեքստում Արարատ Միրզոյանը Պիա Կաումանին ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները և կարգավորման պայմանագրի նախագծի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ առաջարկների փաթեթի հիմնական սկզբունքները։ Նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է՝ հայտնի է, որ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվեց մասնակցել վերջին շրջանի բարձրաստճան հանդիպումներին, որոնք թույլ կտային քննարկումների արդյունքում գրանցել որոշակի առաջընթաց։
Նախարար Միրզոյանը, ընդգծելով տարածաշրջանային կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցում ՀՀ շահագրգռվածությունը մանրամասներ է ներկայացնել ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի վերաբերյալ՝ ընդգծելով, որ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերը պետք է գիտակցեն առկա հնարավորություններն օգտագործելու կարևորությունը։
