Որոշ ժամերի կարմիր գծերին կայանելն անվճար կլինի․ ավագանու անդամը մանրամասնում է

Երևանի ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկվար Արմեն Գալջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Կարմիր գծերի մասին
1. Տարածվող լուրերը, թե գործող իշխանությունը խոստացել է վերացնել կարմիր գծերը, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
2. Գործող իշխանության կողմից Ազգային ժողովում ընդունված օրենսդրական փոփոխության արդյունքում 2021 թվականին կարմիր գծերը վերացվեցին 10 վարչական շրջաններից՝ թողնվելով միայն Կենտրոն և Արաբկիր վարչական շրջաններում:
3. ժամը 24:00-9:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կարմիր գծերի վրա կայանելը լինելու է անվճար:
4. Այս պահին ավտոկայանատեղիի համար տարեկան վճարը կազմում է 12.000 դրամ կամ մեկ օրվա համար 33 դրամ, որը ակնհայտորեն էժան է համեմատած միջազգային պրակտիկայի հետ և համարժեք չէ Երևանում՝ հատկապես Կենտրոնում առկա մարտահրավերներին: Առաջարկվում է սահմանել Կենտրոնում տարեկան 160.000 դրամ, որը տարեկան վճարելու դեպքում փաստացի մեկ օրվա համար կարժենա 438 դրամ, իսկ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում 24.000 դրամ, որը տարեկան վճարելու դեպքում փաստացի մեկ օրվա համար կարժենա 65 դրամ:
5.Սակագնի փոփոխության նպատակը ոչ թե հավելյալ գումար հավաքագրելն է, այլ փոքր Կենտրոնը բեռնաթափելը և օդի աղտոտվածության մակարդակը նվազեցնելը, որը ի դեպ մեր նախընտրական ծրագրի կարևորագույն դրույթներից մեկն է և դրա վառ ապացույցը այն է, որ էլեկտրոմոբիլների համար կայանումը անվճար է լինելու:
6. Երևան քաղաքի փոքր կենտրոնում ավտոմեքենայով տեղաշարժվելը պետք է սահմանափակվի, որը հնարավորություն կտա զարգացնել այլընտրանքային փոխադրամիջոցները՝ դրանց համար ստեղծելով համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ:
7. Կենտրոնի ծանրաբեռնվածության թեթևացումը կնպաստի հասարակական տրանսպորտի երթևեկության անխափանությանը և հաճախումների ճշգրտությանը»:
