Ոստիկանությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին¸ որ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 14։40-ին¸ «Ստեփանավան բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի շտապօգնության անձնակազմը կանչով մեկնել է Լոռու մարզի Լոռի Բերդ համայնքի Ագարակ բնակավայրի 1-ին փողոցի տներից մեկը¸ որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է նույն հասցեի 93-ամյա բնակչուհի Ա. Առաքելյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանում առկա մարմնական վնասվածքներով:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ա. Առաքելյանին սպանել և վերջինիս պատկանող երկու բջջային հեռախոսները հափշտակել է նույն գյուղի 24-ամյա բնակիչ է. Ա.-ն։

Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին, երեկոյան, Երևան քաղաքում վերջինս ձերբակալվել է։ Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է տուժողին պատկանող բջջային հեռախոսը։ Աջ ձեռքի վրա հայտնաբերված մարմնական վնասվածքի կապակցությամբ երիտասարդը հայտարարել է¸ որ այն ստացել է Ա. Առաքելյանին հարվածելու հետևանքով:

Որոշում է կայացվել հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիման վրա է. Ա-ին ձերբակալելու մասին¸ ով տվել է խոստովանական ցուցմունք՝ ընդունելով իր կողմից տարեց կնոջը ձեռքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցնելու հետևանքով սպանելու և վերջինիս պատկանող երկու բջջային հեռախոսները հափշտակելու հանգամանքը:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն¸ որպես վկաներ հարցաքննվել են դեպքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ունեցող անձինք¸ նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ¸ հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն։
