ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ամփոփել է Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիայի մայրաքաղաք Սկոպյեում նոյեմբերի 30-ից դեկտեմբերի 1-ը ԵԱՀԿ 30-րդ նախարարական համաժողովին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի մասնակցությունը։
Նախարար Միրզոյանը համաժողովին հանդես է եկել ելույթով՝ ընդգծելով այն մարտահրավերները, որոնց բախվում են ԵԱՀԿ-ն և նրա պատասխանատվության տարածքում գտնվող երկրները, այդ թվում նաև՝ Հարավային Կովկասում. աշխարհի ցանկացած կետում միջազգային իրավունքի խախտումը պետք է միանշանակ դատապարտվի և չպետք է հանդուրժվի, այլապես այն անպատժելիության զգացում է առաջացնում՝ սովորական երևույթ դառնալով աշխարհի այլ մասերում։
Նախարար Միրզոյանն ունեցել է ավելի քան քսան հանդիպում միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների և այլ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հետ, այդ թվում՝
ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի, Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի, ինչպես նաև 2024թ. ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը ստանձնող Մալթայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հետ,
ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի, ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահի, ԵՄ ԱԳԱՔ բարձր ներկայացուցչի, ՆԱՏՕ ԳՔ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի, ԱՄՆ, Միացյալ Թագավորության, Շվեյցարիայի, Նորվեգիայի, ԵՄ անդամ երկրներից Ֆրանսիայի, Շվեդիայի, Դանիայի, Նիդերլանդների, Պորտուգալիայի, Ռումինիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ, Անդորրայի, Լիխտենշտայնի, Չեռնոգորիայի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ։
Կայացել է նաև ԱԳ փոխնախարարի հանդիպումը Կանադայի գործընկերոջ հետ։
Բոլոր հանդիպումների ժամանակ ներկայացվել են այն մարտահրավերները, որոնց բախվում է ՀՀ-ն. ԼՂ-ում Ադրբեջանի կողմից էթնիկ զտման հետևանքները, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության հաստատմանն ուղղված ՀՀ տեսլականն ու ջանքերը, «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը, Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հիմնական սկզբունքները։
