Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի նոր հրամանագրով ՌԴ զինված ուժերի անձնակազմը կավելանա մինչև 2,209,130 մարդ, որոնց թվում՝ 1,320,000 զինվորականներ են։ Ըստ ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի, զինված ուժերի առավելագույն քանակն ավելացվել է ևս 170.000 զինվորականով։
ԶՈւ անձնակազմի զգալի ավելացումը բացատրվում է Ռուսաստանին ուղղված սպառնալիքների աճով՝ կապված հատուկ ռազմական գործողությունների անցկացման և ՆԱՏՕ-ի բլոկի ընդլայնման հետ։ Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքը շարունակում է ուժեր հավաքել Ռուսաստանի սահմանների մոտ, տեղակայել հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր և հարվածային զենքեր։ Կան նաև հրապարակումներ ՆԱՏՕ-ի մարտավարական միջուկային ուժերի կուտակման մասին։
ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների ռազմական համընդհանուր բյուջեն 2023թ-ին աճել էր 13%-ով: 2024թ. համար ևս նախատեսվում է շուրջ 10% աճ: Ռազմական կարողությունները հետևողականորեն ավելացնում են Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը, Իրանը, Պակիստանը, արաբական մի շարք երկրներ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2023թ.-ին աշխարհի երկրների համընդանուր ռազմական ծախսերը հասել են 2.24 տրիլիոն դոլարի: Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ աշխարհը պատրաստվում է գոյություն ունեցող հարցերը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու տարբերակին: Սա չի նշանակում, որ մեծ պատերազմներն անխուսափելի են: Սա նշանակում է, որ ռեգիոնալ ռազմական բախումներն առաջիկայում կարող են ընդլայնվել:
Իսկ ի՞նչ են անում այս իրավիճակում Հայաստանի կապիտուլյանտ կառավարիչները՞: Ճիշտ եք, պայքարում են սեփական իշխանությունն ամեն գնով պահելու և հարստանալու համար: Արցախը հանձնել են ու հիմա երազում են փող աշխատելու մասին: Թուրքերն ու ադրբեջանցիներն էլ այնքան միամիտ են, որ ձեզ թույլ են տալու համգիստ փող աշխատե՞լ:
