Ռուբեն վարդապետ Զարգարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Զատկի տոնին, մինչ Հիսուսը Երուսաղեմում էր գտնվում, շատերը հավատացին նրան, երբ տեսան նրա հրաշքները։ Սակայն Հիսուսը վստահություն չուներ նրանց վրա, որովհետև բոլորին էլ ճանաչում էր և կարիք չուներ որևէ մեկի մասին ուրիշի վկայությանը, քանի որ ինքն արդեն գիտեր, թե ի՛նչ կա մարդկանց սրտի մեջ։
Նիկոդեմոս անունով փարիսեցի մի մարդ կար, մի հրեա իշխան, որ գիշերով Հիսուսի մոտ եկավ և ասաց նրան.
-Վարդապե՛տ, գիտենք, որ Աստծու կողմից ուղարկված մի ուսուցիչ ես, որովհետև ոչ ոք չի կարող գործել քո կատարած հրաշքները, եթե Աստված նրա հետ չլինի։
Հիսուսը պատասխանեց նրան և ասաց.
-Լա՛վ իմացիր, որ եթե մեկը վերստին չծնվի, չի կարող տեսնել Աստծու արքայությունը։
Նիկոդեմոսը հարցրեց նրան.
-Ինչպե՞ս կարող է ծնվել մի մարդ, որ ծեր է։ Կարելի՞ բան է, որ նա կրկին մտնի իր մոր որովայնը և ծնվի։
Հիսուսը պատասխանեց.
-Հաստա՛տ իմացիր, որ եթե մեկը ջրից և Հոգուց չծնվի, չի կարող մտնել Աստծու արքայությունը, որովհետև մարմնից ծնվածը մարմին է, իսկ հոգուց ծնվածը՝ հոգի։ Դու մի՛ զարմացիր, որ քեզ ասացի, թե վերստին պիտի ծնվեք։ Քամին ուր որ ուզում է, այնտեղ էլ փչում է. դու նրա ձայնը լսում ես, բայց չգիտես, թե որտեղի՛ց է գալիս և ո՛ւր է գնում։ Նույնպես և բոլոր նրանք, որոնք Հոգուց են ծնվում։
Նիկոդեմոսը հարցրեց.
-Ինչպե՞ս կարող է պատահել այդ։
Հիսուսը պատասխանեց.
-Դու, որ ուսուցիչ ես նշանակվել Իսրայելի ժողովրդի վրա, չգիտե՞ս այդ։ Լա՛վ իմացիր. խոսում ենք, ինչ որ գիտենք, և վկայում ենք նրա մասին, ինչ որ տեսել ենք, բայց դուք մեր վկայությունը չեք ընդունում։ Եթե երկրավոր բաների մասին խոսեցի ձեզ հետ, և չեք հավատում, ինչպե՞ս պիտի հավատաք ինձ, եթե երկնավոր բաների մասին խոսեմ։
