Հայաստանում այս տարի ներքաղաքական կյանքն ակտիվ կլինի: Հունվարի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը: «Քաղաքական կյանքն ակտիվ է լինելու այն իմաստով, որ ֆորմալիզացված քաղաքական կառույցները, քաղաքական ուժերը, ընդհանրապես քաղաքական դաշտը լուրջ փոփոխություններ կկրեն: Սրա բացատրությունը շատ պարզ է՝ 2017 թ. սպասվում են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, որոնց նշանակությունը, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից ելնելով, ավելանում է: 2017 թ. ընտրությունները, կարծում եմ, կդառնան նորանկախ Հայաստանի ամենակարևոր ընտրություններից մեկը, որոնք փաստացի իրենց մեջ կներգրավեն և՛ խորհրդարանական, և՛ նախագահական ընտրությունների իմաստը, նշանակությունն ու թեժությունը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:

Նրա խոսքով, բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը՝ և ընդդիմադիր դաշտի, և իշխող Հանրապետականը փորձելու են լավագույնս պատրաստվել ընտրություններին: «Դրա արտացոլումը կլինի այն, որ արդեն, գուցե ամռանը,  մենք կտեսնենք նոր քաղաքական դաշինքներ, կոալիցիաներ, ինչպես նաև կունենանք մի իրավիճակ, երբ որոշ ոչ այնքան ակտուալ քաղաքական ուժեր՝ այդ թվում նաև խորհրդարանական ուժերը, որոշ չափով կթուլանան: Ընտրություններից առաջ էլ մենք կտեսնենք, որ որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր կակտիվանան, կփորձեն զբաղեցնել ոչ առաջնահերթ դերակատար ուժերի տեղը»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:

Քաղաքագետը մանրամասնեց, թե հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում առկա գլխավոր ուժերը՝ ՀՀԿ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ-ն, նաև ՀԱԿ-ը յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում ակտիվ գործելու են քաղաքական դաշտում, սակայն հնարավոր է, որ ստեղծվեն նաև նոր քաղաքական ուժեր:
