ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածները կենսաթոշակ, նպաստ ստանալու համար դիմումները կարող են ներկայացնել դեկտեմբերի 11-ից

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աննա Ժամակոչյանը և Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Զարուհի Մանուչարյանը «Հումանիտար կենտրոն»-ից ներկայացրել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին ցուցաբերվող սոցիալական աջակցության ծրագրերի ընթացքը:
Ինչպես նշել է Աննա Ժամակոչյանը, սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրման գործընթացը շարունակվում է. 100 000 դրամ միանվագ աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում արդեն կատարվել է 109 395 անձի վճարում: Ինչ վերաբերում է 40+10 ծրագրին, ապա, ըստ փոխնախարարի, աջակցությունը հոկտեմբեր ամսվա համար ստացել է 104 027 անձ: Սկսվել են նաև նոյեմբեր ամսվա վճարումները՝ 20649 անձի արդեն վճարվել է նոյեմբերի համար: 50 հազար դրամական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում դեկտեմբերի 6-ից կսկսվեն 37100 շահառուների վճարումները:
Զարուհի Մանուչարյանը հիշեցրել է, որ Կառավարության նոյեմբերի 30-ի նիստում ընդունվել են համապատասխան որոշումները, որոնցով սահմանվել են ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների կենսաթոշակների ու նպաստների վճարման ընթացակարգերը: Ըստ այդմ՝ ՀՀ-ում աշխատանքային կամ զինվորական կենսաթոշակ, ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստ նշանակելու համար անձը, ում կենսաթոշակի գործն առկա է ԼՂ կենսաթոշակային բազայում, աշխատանքային կամ զինվորական կենսաթոշակ, ինչպես նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության, կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստ նշանակելու համար դիմումը կարող է ներկայացնել 2023 թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ից: Այս դեպքում անձի կենսաթոշակի իրավունքը չի վերանայվի, իսկ աշխատանքային կամ զինվորական ստաժը կպահպանվի նույնությամբ:
