Այն, որ Ալավերդու ՔՊ խմբակցությունը չի տիրապետում ՏԻՄ օրենքի պահանջներին, զարմանալի չէ։ Բայց որ նման մակարդակի գիտելիքներ ունի Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարը, մեղմ ասած, ողբերգություն է։
Այսօր Գնել Սանոսյանն ասում է, որ Ալավերդու երեկվա նիստի ընթացքում որևէ օրենք չի խախտվել։
