Դրական քայլ՝ ճիշտ ուղղությամբ. Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղարը ողջունել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի համատեղ հայտարարությունը

Սկսելով պաշտոնական այցն Ադրբեջան՝ ողջունում եմ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից այսօր արված համատեղ հայտարարությունը։ Այս մասին X սոցկայքի միկրոբլոգում գրել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարիա Պեյչինովիչ Բուրիչը՝ դա որակելով դրական քայլ՝ ճիշտ ուղղությամբ:
«Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը շարունակում է պատրաստ լինել աջակցելու երկու կողմին՝ կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու համար»,- գրել է Բուրիչը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վարչակազմի համատեղ հայտարարություն է հրապարակվել:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը համակարծիք են, որ տարածաշրջանում վաղուց սպասված խաղաղության հասնելու պատմական հնարավորություն կա: Երկու պետությունները վերահաստատում են ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքների հարգման հիման վրա հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու և խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքմանը հասնելու իրենց մտադրությունը: Այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմից։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի վարչակազմի միջև բանակցությունների արդյունքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել երկու պետությունների միջև վստահության կառուցման ուղղությամբ շոշափելի քայլեր ձեռնարկելու մասին:
Առաջնորդվելով մարդասիրության արժեքներով, և որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունն ազատ է արձակում 32 հայ զինծառայողների:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն իր հերթին, առաջնորդվելով մարդասիրության արժեքներով, և որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, ազատ է արձակում 2 ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողների:
Որպես բարի կամքի քայլ` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի Մասնակիցների կոնֆերանսի 29-րդ նստաշրջանը («COP29») հյուրընկալելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ներկայացրած հայտին և հանում է իր թեկնածությունը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը հույս են հայտնում, որ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի խմբի մյուս պետությունները նույնպես կաջակցեն հյուրընկալելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ներկայացրած հայտին: Որպես բարի կամքի քայլ` Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնում Արևելյան Եվրոպայի խմբի «COP»-ի բյուրոյին անդամակցելու համար առաջադրված` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության թեկնածությանը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը կշարունակեն իրենց քննարկումները վստահության կառուցման ավելի շատ միջոցառումների իրականացման վերաբերյալ՝ մոտ ապագայում կյանքի կոչելու համար, և կոչ են անում միջազգային հանրությանը` աջակցելու իրենց ջանքերին, որոնք կնպաստեն երկու պետությունների միջև փոխադարձ վստահության կառուցմանը և դրական ազդեցություն կունենան Հարավային Կովկասի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար:
