Այսօր ԱԺ Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստում «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանն անդրադարձավ ՊՆ-ում իրականացվող ատեստացիային՝ ընդգծելով հատկապես կիրառվող երկակի չափորոշիչները, ինչի մասին բազմիցս հայտարարել են։
«Տեսեք, ՆԳՆ-ում ատեստացիան տեղի է ունենում պաշտոնական առաջխաղացման և աշխատավարձի փոփոխության համար, ԱԱԾ-ում՝ աշխատավարձի փոփոխության, նույնը՝ ՊՆ-ում։ ԱԱԾ-ում եթե ատեստացիան չանցավ, կադրերի ռեզերվի տակ է, մեկ տարի դուրս է գալիս։
Հարցը հետևյալն է՝ բարձրագույն ղեկավար կազմը դուրս է մնում ատեստացիայից։ ՊՆ ղեկավար կազմին բազմիցս դիմել եմ՝ որքանո՞վ է նորմալ կորպուսի հրամանատարների, ԶՈւ գլխավոր վարչության պետերի՝ տուռնիկի վրա նկարելը, դարձրել են մի պատմություն, թե այ ատեստացիա: Սա որքանո՞վ է հարիր։
ԱԱԾ համակարգում որևէ մեկն այդ ատեստացիան չի տեսնում։ ՆԳՆ-ում էլ սարքել են մի ամբողջ պատմություն, թե՝ տեսեք, այս մարդիկ տուռնիկի վրա են»,- նշեց Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
