«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին ակտիվորեն տարածվեց ու քննարկվեց մայրաքաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում գործող թիվ 94 մանկապարտեզի խմբերից մեկում դաստիարակի հետ կապված, մեղմ ասած, տհաճ միջադեպը, մասնավորաբար նրա խայտառակ պահվածքը երեխաների նկատմամբ:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, աղմկահարույց այս հարցը ստացել է համապատասխան ընթացք, և Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի որոշմամբ աշխատանքից կազատվի ոչ միայն նշյալ դաստիարակը, այլև թիվ 94 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը:
Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, երեկ քաղաքապետարանում մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների հետ են հանդիպել Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանն ու քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Լևոն Հովհաննիսյանը: Նրանք նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներին զգուշացրել են, որ քաղաքապետարանն անհանդուրժող է լինելու ցանկացած խախտման, անվայել պահվածքի, երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնության որևէ դեպքի նկատմամբ:
