Փարաքար գյուղում կատարված սպանության փորձը բացահայտվել է

Նոյեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 8.45-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ սրունքների հրազենային վիրավորումով բուժօգնության է ընդունվել փարաքարցի 30-ամյա մի երիտասարդ: ՆԳՆ Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունից և Վաղարշապատի բաժնից օպերատիվ խումբ և ՊԾ կարգախումբ էին մեկնել բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ ժամը 7.30-ին անհայտ անձը մոտեցել էր Երևան-Արմավիր ճանապարհին՝ Փարաքար գյուղի հատվածում, ճամփեզրին կայանված «Ֆորդ» մակնիշի մեքենային և, բացելով առջևի դուռը, կրակել էր վարորդի ոտքերին:
Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ:
ՆԳՆ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության և Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ նոյեմբեր ամսվա սկզբին փարաքարցի երիտասարդը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մոտ մեքենան վարելու հարցի շուրջ վիճել էր երևանցի 28-ամյա երիտասարդի քրոջ հետ, որի ընթացքում փոխադարձ հայհոյել էին իրար: 28-ամյա երիտասարդը տեղեկանալով այդ մասին՝ երկու ընկերների հետ, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, նոյեմբերի 24-ի ժամը 7-ի սահմաններում «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի մեքենայով դարանակալել էին փարաքարցի երիտասարդի բնակության վայրում, և երբ նա նստել էր իր «Ֆորդ» մակնիշի մեքենան, 28-ամյա երիտասարդը մեքենայի դուռը բացել և, կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող «Մակարով» ատրճանակից կրակել էր նրա ուղղությամբ:
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին 28-ամյա երիտասարդը ներկայացել է բաժին, խոստովանել արարքը և ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք «Մակարով» ատրճանակը և յոթ փամփուշտ: Նա ձերբակալվել և կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ 26-ամյա և 32-ամյա երկու երիտասարդներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
