Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից դոլարի նկատմամբ մանաթի հաստատված փոխարժեքի եւ «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան փոխարժեքի միջեւ խիստ տարբերություն է զգացվում:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է Reuters-ը:
Հղում կատարելով «սեւ շուկայից» տարադրամի 4 փոխանակողներին՝ գործակալությունը գրում է, որ նրանց մոտ դոլարի գնման փոխարժեքը սահմանված է 1,8 մանաթի մակարդակի, իսկ վաճառքի փոխարժեքը հասնում է մինչեւ 2 մանաթ:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանում տարադրամի բոլոր փոխանակման կետերը ԿԲ-ի կողմից փակվելուց հետո երկրում հազարավոր մարդիկ գործազուրկ են դարձել: Հենց այդ մարդիկ են համալրում տարադրամի չարաշահորդների բանակը:
Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ն նաեւ ուժեղացրել է տարադրամի չարաշահորդների դեմ պայքարը, եւ ներկա դրությամբ 20-ից ավելի մարդ ձերբակալվել են: Չարաշահորդների մեծ մասը քրեական պատասխանատվության չեն կանչվում եւ ենթարկվում են միայն տուգանքների:
2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը որոշում է ընդունել անցնել ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի լողացող փոխարժեքի, որի արդյունքում ԱՄՆ-ի դոլարի եւ եվրոյի փոխարժեքը մանաթի նկատմամբ աճել է պաշտոնապես 47,6 եւ 47,9 տոկոսով` կազմելով համապատասխանաբար 1,55 եւ 1,685 մանաթ: Որոշ տվյալներով` Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարը վաճառվում է արդեն 3-4 մանաթով:
Ադրբեջանական մանաթի աննախադեպ արժեզրկման հետևանքով այդ երկրում ծայրահեղ վատացել է սոցիալ-տնտեսական դրությունը, ինչը երկրի շրջաններում զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաներ է առաջացրել:
