Չի կարելի այսպես անել, գերակա մշակույթ ու ժողովուրդ չկա, բոլոր մշակույթներն արժանի են ուշադրության։ Կարծում եմ՝ Մադագասկարի պարագայում ազգագրության հատվածը շատ հետաքրիր է, և կարող ենք իրենց հետ համագործակցել։ Պայմանագրի կետերում հստակ գրված են ոլորտները, որտեղ կարող է լինել համագործակցություն»...
Սա կատակերգական ֆիլմից երկխոսության հատված չէ, սա հումորային հաղորդման շրջանակում արված հումոր չէ, սա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի խոսքերն են։
Տիկին Մշակութամայրն արդեն այն աստիճան է կորցրել կապն իրականության հետ, որ պարզապես չի ընկալում այն ողջ զավեշտը, որը թաքնված է ինչպես այս տողերում, այնպես էլ, առհասարակ, հայ-մադագասկարյան հարաբերություններն ու դրանք այսպիսի եռանդով պաշտպանելը։
Այսինքն՝ մարդն իրոք չի հասկանում, թե ինչու է հանրությունը ծաղրում իրեն ու իր գերատեսչությունը։ Մշակութամորը թվում է, թե հայաստանյան հանրությունը դեմ է Մադագասկարին կամ դրա մշակույթին, ու ոչինչ չի կարող հասկացնել նրան, որ Հայաստանի բնակչությունը ո՛չ դեմ է, ո՛չ էլ կողմ է Մադագասկարին։ Հայաստանի բնակչությունը բացարձակապես անտարբեր է Մադագասկարի նկատմամբ ու այդ անտարբերության մեջ տարակուսում է, թե ի՜նչ ախմախություններով է զբաղվում Մշակույթի նախարարությունը հարկատուների փողերով ու հարկատուների նյարդերի հաշվին։
Չէ, ոնց նայում եմ, այս տիկնոջը թոշակի ճամփելու ժամանակը վաղուց էր հասունացել, իսկ հիմա արդեն պարզապես օրվա հրամայական է, թե չէ իրոք անտանելի է դառնում։
