ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում անդրադարձել է վեթինգի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխություններին․
«Այդքան քննարկված և պահանջված դատական վեթինգի շրջանակներում տեղի են ունեցել դատավորների հսկայածավալ ազատումներ և նշանակումներ: Այսպես՝ ներկայում պաշտոնավարող 309 դատավորներից 200-ը նշանակվել են 2018 թվականի հեղափոխությունից հետո:
«Վեթինգ»-ը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դատավորների բարեվարքության ստուգում և դատավորների կազմի նորացում: Վերջին տարիներին նոր նշանակված, ինչպես նաև առաջխաղացում ունեցած դատավորները, որոնք կազմում են գործող դատավորների շուրջ 60 տոկոսից ավելին, անցնել են բարեվարքության ստուգում:
Բնականոն սերնդափոխության և զտման շրջանակներում 2018-2022 տարբեր հիմքերով դատական համակարգը լքել է 64 դատավոր, ևս 40 դատավոր հրաժեշտ է տվել պաշտոնին միայն 2023 թվականին։
Մեկ այլ կարևոր վիճակագրություն. հեղափոխությունից հետո կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հիմքով դադարեցվել է 30 դատավորի լիազորություն, որից 15-ը դադարեցվել է վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում: Այս ամենը հնարավոր է դարձել Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի, Արդարադատության նախարարության, Դատական դեպարտամենտի արհեսատավարժ աշխատանքի, ինչպես նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի բոլոր նախկին ու գործող անդամների մեծ ջանքերի շնորհիվ»,- գրել է նա:
