Կալանավորվել է ՊՆ սպային դանակահարած անձը․ նոր մանրամասներ

Երեւան քաղաքի Շոպրոնի փողոցում երկու անձի դանակահարության եւ Պաշտպանության նախարության սպա, հրետանավոր Դավիթ Սայադյանի սպանության համար մեղադրվող անձը կալանավորվել է։ Այս մասին «Հրապարակ»-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։
Ըստ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի՝ ձերբակալվել է նաեւ միջադեպին մասնակից վերջինիս եղբայրը։
Երեկ գրել էինք, որ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի մոտակայքում օրեր առաջ կենցաղային վեճի շուրջ դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Պաշտպանության նախարարության սպաների եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց միջեւ։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ վեճի առարկան եղել է փողը՝ պարտք ու պահանջը։ «Ռազբորկայի» մասնակիցները եղել են 8 անձ, որոնցից 4-5 հոգի զինվորական։
Խոսակցության ժամանակ պարտապանը վիրավորական արտահայություններ է հնչեցրել զինվորականների հասցեին, ապա իր հետ բերած դանակով մարմնական ծանր վնասվածքներ հասցրել պարտատերեին՝ ՊՆ զորացրված սպա Գեւորգ Մարգարյանին եւ սպա, ավագ լեյտենանտ Դավիթ Սայադյանին։
«Երեւան քաղաքի Շոպրոնի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում դեկտեմբերի 10-ին մի խումբ երիտասարդների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած վեճի ընթացքում կատարված դանակահարությունների և դրա հետևանքով 26-ամյա Դ․ Սայադյանի սպանության և 27-ամյա մեկ երիտասարդի միջին ծանրության վնասվածք պատճառվելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական վարույթով դատարանը բավարարել է նշված հանցավոր գործողությունն առերևույթ կատարած 29-ամյա Գ․Հ․-ի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու քննիչի միջնորդությունը և անձը կալանավորվել է։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ վերջինս մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ով (սպանություն) և 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով (զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված կամ հարմարեցված առարկայի կամ միջոցի գործադրմամբ մեկ ուրիշի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելը)»,-հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։
