Երասխի գործարանը կտեղափոխվի Արարատ գյուղ. կառավարությունը կայացրեց որոշումը

Երասխի մետալուրգիական գործարանը, որը պարբերաբար ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակի տակ էր, կտեղափոխվի ու կկառուցվի Արարատի մարզի Արարատ գյուղում, որոշումը կայացվեց կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում։
Նշվում է, որ ներկայումս տարածաշրջանում առկա է ամրանների մեծ պահանջարկ և, ըստ հաշվարկների, այն կպահպանվի ևս 10-15 տարի, որը պայմանավորված է թե՛ Հայաստանում շինարարության մեծ ծավալներով, թե՛ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետևանքով մատակարարման ծավալների կտրուկ անկմամբ:
Որոշման մեջ նշված է, որ գործարանի տեղակայման համար կատարել են ուսումնասիրություններ և ընտրել Արարատի մարզի Երասխ համայնքին մերձակա արտադրական նշանակության տարածքներից մեկը։
Արտադրական հզորությունների ամբողջական գործարկման արդյունքում կստեղծվի մինչև 500 աշխատատեղ (առաջին փուլով մոտ 240)։ Գործարանը կունենա 200-250մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի տարեկան շրջանառություն։
Առաջին փուլով նախատեսվում է կառուցել սև մետաղի ջարդոնի վերամշակման գործարան տարեկան 100-120 հազար տոննա արտադրողականությամբ, երկրորդ փուլով արտադրական ծավալները կկրկնապատկվեն և կկառուցվի նաև այլ մետաղական կոնստրուկցիաների և արտադրատեսակների գործարան (խողովակներ, տարբեր հատվածքի պրոֆիլներ, կոնտեյներներ և այլն):
Սկզբնական անհրաժեշտ ներդրումը կազմում է մոտ 29,9 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որը կստացվի կանոնադրական կապիտալում ներդրման և ֆինանսական հաստատություններից ստացված փոխառության միջոցով։
«ՀՀ կառավարությունից ակնկալում է գործուն և արագ արձագանք գործարանի կառուցման վայրի տեղափոխման, արդեն իսկ կատարված ներդրումերի փոխհատուցման, բանկային ֆինանսավորման աջակցության և հնարավոր տեղափոխման արդյունքում առաջացող վարչարարության հարցերում: Ըստ այդմ, առանձնացնում ենք հետևյալ խնդիրը՝ 8․91000 հեկտար արտադրական հողատարածքի տրամադրում Արարատ խոշորացված համայքում»,- ասվում է որոշման մեջ։
