 ԼՂՀ ՊՆ, ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լևոն Մնացականյանի նախագահությամբ հունվարի 15-ին տեղի է ունեցել ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են 2015թ. բանակային տարվա արդյունքները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից, ռազմական խորհդի նիստին ներկա են եղել հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Բակո Սահակյանը, հայկական երկոÖ ‚ հանրապետությունների ռազմական համագործակցության և գործողությունների համադրման ծրագրի շրջանակում Արցախում գտնվող ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, հանրապետության ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարները, բանակի, միավորումների և զորամասերի հրամկազմը, զինկոմիսարիատների և ռազմաիրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Բանակի հրամանատարի ներածական խոսքից և աշխատակարգի հրապարակումից հետո, 2015թ. մարտական և զորահավաքային պատրաստականության, օպերատիվ և շտաբների պատրաստության, զորքերի ծառայության արդյունքների շուրջ հաշվետու զեկույցով հանդես է եկել ՊԲ հրամանատարի 1-ին տեղակալ-շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Կամո Վարդանյանը, ով անդրադարձել է նշված ոլորտներում արձանագրված ինչպես դրական ցուցանիշներին, այնպես էլ այն ուղղություններին, որոնք պահանջում են հետագա՝ առավել համակարգված և նպատակային աշխատանքներ: Զեկույցներ են հնչել նաև ՊԲ մարտական, կրտսեր հրամանատարնե րի և մասնագետների պատրաստության համալիր միջոցառումների, մարտական դիրքերի բարելավման և պլանային ինժեներական աշխատանքների, զինվորական կարգապահության վիճակի և դաստիարակչական աշխատանքի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:

Այնուհետև հրապարակվել է ՊԲ հրամանատարի հրամանը՝ 2015թ. ուսումնական տարվա արդյունքների մասին, համաձայն որի` նշված ժամանակահատվածում լավագույնը ճանաչված զորամասերի, ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարներին, բաժինների և ծառայությունների պետերին հանձնվել են արձանագրված արդյունքների մասին վկայող փոխանցիկ պատվոդրոշներ: Ծառայող ական պարտականությունների կատարման մեջ առավել աչքի ընկած զինծառայողները արժանացել են շնորհակալության, պարգևատրվել արժեքավոր նվերներով և դրամական պարգևներով:

Ռազմական համագործակցության և գործողությունների համադրման ծրագրային գործընթացների իրականացման գործում աչքի ընկած զինծառայողներին պարգևատրել են նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ու ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը խորհրդանշական հուշանվեր է հանձնել նաև Արցախի իր պաշտոնակից Լևոն Մնացականյանին:

Վերջում ՊԲ հրամանատարը հանդես է եկել ամփոփիչ խոսքով և ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել 2016թ. կարևորագույն խնդիրների վրա՝ մասնավորապես շեշտը դնելով ուսուցման ու իրականացվող առաջադրանքների փոխկապակցվածության, նախորդ տարվա արդյունքներից համապատասխան հետևություններ կատարելու, կազմակերպվելիք գործընթացներն ու միջոցառումներն առավել հասցեական և նպատակային կերպով կյանքի կոչելու հարցերին:
