ՍԾՏՀԿ նախագահությունը Թուրքիայից փոխանցվեց Ալբանիային

Դեկտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը մասնակցել է Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՍԾՏՀԿ) անդամ պետությունների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի (ԱԳՆԽ) առցանց 47-րդ հանդիպմանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
«Նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը գոհունակություն է հայտնել ներկա նախագահության ներքո կարևոր հարցերի, մասնավորապես՝ 2024թ. բյուջեի ընդունման, «ՍԾՏՀ տնտեսական օրակարգ» հիմնարար փաստաթղթի թարմացման գործընթացն ամբողջացնելու, ՍԾՏՀ նախագծերի զարգացման հիմնադրամի (PDF) վերագործարկման ուղղությամբ համաձայնության հասնելու կապակցությամբ։
Իր ելույթում նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է Հայաստանի ներդրումը կազմակերպության արդյունավետության բարձրացման գործում՝ մատնանշելով այդ կապակցությամբ հայկական կողմի առաջարկները։ Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության և օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներին՝ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի շարունակվող տնտեսական աճի բարձր տեմպերին և արտաքին առևտրի ծավալների էական ավելացմանը, այդ թվում՝ մի շարք ՍԾՏՀ անդամ երկրների հետ։
Նա վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումն ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և ազգային իրավասության հիման վրա տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցում՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից վերջերս ներկայացված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագրին, որը կնպաստի տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական զարգացմանը, համապարփակ և կայուն խաղաղությանը:
Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանն ուշադրություն է հրավիրել սեպտեմբերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված և Հայաստանում ապաստանած ավելի քան 100 հազար փախստականների հարցի վրա՝ տեղեկացնելով նրանց անհետաձգելի կարիքների բավարարման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության ձեռնարկած հրատապ միջոցների մասին։
Հանդիպման արդյունքում ընդունվել են կարևոր բանաձևեր և որոշումներ, ինչպես նաև ՍԾՏՀԿ նախագահությունը ԹՀ-ից փոխանցվեց Ալբանիային»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
