«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ֆրանսիական france-catholique.fr հրատարակությունը «Հայաստան. Անհետացման վտանգի տակ գտնվող քրիստոնեական պետություն» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ֆրանսիական բանակի սպա, France Catholique հրատարակության թղթակից և սյունակագիր Ֆրեդերիկ Պոնսը վերջերս հրատարակել է «Կվերանա՞, արդյոք, Հայաստանը» գիրքը։ Լրագրող Ֆաբրիս Մադուան հարցազրույց է ունեցել Պոնսի հետ:

-Սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանը ներխուժեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, որը վաղուց էր ցանկանում վերադարձնել: Ինչպիսի՞ն է ներկա իրավիճակը։

-Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գրեթե բոլոր 120 հազար բնակիչները՝ Արցախի հայերը, փախան՝ թողնելով ամեն ինչ: Նրանք ընդունվեցին Հայաստանի կողմից, որը մեծ ջանքեր է գործադրում նրանց ինտեգրելու համար։ Այնտեղ մնացել են միայն ծերերը, հաշմանդամները կամ չափազանց աղքատները, որոնք չէին կարող հրաժարվել իրենց չնչին ունեցվածքից: Հայ քրիստոնյաները չեն ցանկանում ապրել ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ՝ արդարացիորեն վախենալով բռնությունից և վրեժխնդրությունից։ Նրանք չեն ցանկանում ապրել խտրականության պայմաններում։ Շատ պատմական հուշարձաններ արդեն իսկ ավիրվել են, Արցախի նախկին պաշտոնյաները պահվում են Ադրբեջանի բանտերում ոչ արժանապատիվ պայմաններում։

-Պե՞տք է վախենալ նոր պատերազմից։

-Այո: Բաքվի ռեժիմը հայտարարել էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ողջ անկլավը վերադարձնելու մտադրության մասին, որը կորցրել էր 1994 թվականին։ Սեպտեմբերին նա ստացավ ամբողջը, բայց տարածքային ախորժակը դրանով չփակվեց: Ավտորիտար նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հավակնում է իր քրիստոնյա հարևանի տարածքի մի մասին, ներառյալ Սյունիքին՝ Հայաստանի հարավային շրջանին, որը ադրբեջանցիները անվանում են Զանգեզուր: Ադրբեջանցիները հերքում են այդ տարածաշրջանի հայկական ծագումը։ Ալիևը պնդում է, որ «ներկայիս Հայաստանը պատմականորեն ադրբեջանական հողերի վրա ստեղծված արհեստական պետություն է»... Պաշտոնական տերմինաբանությամբ Բաքուն ոչ թե Հայաստան է անվանում, այլ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան»։ Ալիևն ու իր ընկերները հայերին նույնիսկ համեմատում են միջատների հետ, որոնք պետք է ոչնչացվեն։ Այդ քարոզչությունը ցեղասպանության ծրագրավորված գործընթացի առաջին փուլն է։

-Ինչպիսի՞ն կլինեն աշխարհաքաղաքական հետևանքները, եթե Ալիևը հասնի իր նպատակներին:

-Ալիևը և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը հետապնդում են թուրք ստրատեգների վաղեմի երազանքը, այն է՝ տարածքային կապը բոլոր թյուրք ժողովուրդների միջև Ստամբուլից Կենտրոնական Ասիայով՝ թուրքեր, ադրբեջանցիներ, ուզբեկներ, ղազախներ, թուրքմեններ, մինչև չինական Սինցզյան՝ Չինաստանի ույղուրներ: 19-րդ և 20-րդ դարերում կոտորածները, տեղահանությունները և ցեղասպանությունները հենց այդ «նախագծի» առաջին փուլի սկիզբն էին։ Էրդողանն ու Ալիևը 21-րդ դարում նույն նպատակն են հետապնդում: Թյուրքական աշխարհի մշակութային և աշխարհաքաղաքական դաշինքի շահառու կարող է դառնալ մոտ 300 միլիոն մարդ, իսկ սահմանը արևմուտքից արևելք կձգվի ավելի քան 6 հազար կիլոմետր: Սակայն Չինաստանը, Ռուսաստանը և Ամերիկան շահագրգռված չեն Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի խաչմերուկում այդ նոր մայրցամաքային «կայսրության» ի հայտ գալով։
