5,7 մագնիտուդ երկրաշարժ է գրանցվել Նոր Կալեդոնիայի ափերի մոտ, որը ֆրանսիական անդրծովյան տարածք է Խաղաղ օվկիանոսում, հայտնում է ԱՄՆ երկրաբանական ծառայությունը (USGS)։
Երկրաշարժը գրանցվել է UTC ժամանակով 7.37-ին՝ Թադին գյուղից 133 կմ դեպի արևելք։ Օջախն ընկել է 10 կիլոմետր խորության վրա։
