Դեկտեմբերի 10-ին՝ Արցախի Անկախության Հանրաքվեի, Արցախի Սահմանադրության ընդունման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման միջազգային օրերի կապակցությամբ, քաղաքացիական հասարակության տարբեր կազմակերպությունների և անհատների նախաձեռնությամբ՝ տեղի ունեցավ համաժողով «ՄԱՐԴՈՒ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔՆԵՐԻ ՈՏՆԱՀԱՐՈՒՄԸ՝ ԱԶԴԱՐԱՐԵԼ, ԿԱՆԽԱՐԳԵԼԵԼ, ՎԵՐԱԿԱՆԳՆԵԼ»։

Նպատակը`

- վեր հանել Արցախի հայաթափման հետևանքով առաջացած իրավախախտումները

- վերականգնել քաղաքացիների իրավուքները, որոնք ոտնահարվում և առհամարհվում են Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից։

Հայաստանի և Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների իրավիճակը ներկայացրեցին Հայաստանի առաջին օմբուդսմեն Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը, Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, Արցախի նախկին պետական նախարար և նախկին օմբուդսմեն Արտակ Բեգլարյանը, Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, Հայաստանի 8-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյան, Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյան, իրավաբաններ Արսեն Բաբայանը, Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը, Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը, իրավապաշտպան Ռաֆայել Իշխանյանը, լրագրողներ` Լարա Առաքելյանը, Անի Գևորգյանը, Հռիփսիմե Ջեբեջյանը, Հայաստանի սոցիալական աշխատողների ասոցիացիայի հիմնադիր-նախագահ Միրա Անտոնյանը, ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը, հասարակական գործիչներ Նարե Սիմոնյանը, Շանթ Չարշաֆչյանը, մեդիա նախաձեռնության հեղինակ Վանա Շիրվանյանը, քաղաքական գործիչ Սուրեն Պետրոսյանը, Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման՝ Լեմկինի Ինստիտուտի գործադիր տնօրեն Էլիզա ֆոն Ջոյդեն-Ֆորջեյը, ով հանդես եկավ նախապես ձայնագրված տեսաուղերձով։

Համաժողովին ազդարարվեց իրավապաշտպան նոր նախաձեռնության մեկնարկի մասին։
