Հայաստանում գործող բնապահպանական մի շարք կառույցների գործունեությունն այլևս անհնար է միամտություն անվանել, այն ավելի շատ միտումնավոր խառնակչության է նմանվում, որի հետևանքով տուժում է Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարը դարձած հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը։ Հայաստանն, ի տարբերություն հարևան Ադրբեջանի, մշտապես բաց է եղել բնապահպանական հարցերի քննարկման համար, իսկ բնապահպաններն առանց գրաքննության և ճնշումների, ազատ են եղել իրենց դիրքորոշումները հայտնելու հարցում։
 
2020թ. պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի դեմ իր քարոզչական հարձակումներում նաև սկսեց օգտագործել հայ բնապահպանների տարատեսակ զեկույցները՝ միջազգային հանրության մոտ թյուր կարծիք ստեղծելով՝ հանքարդյունահանողներն աղտոտում են շրջակա միջավայրը։ Հաշվի առնելով հարցի զգայունությունը՝ պետք է գիտակցել, թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի համար, հատկապես, որ տնտեսության մի հսկա զանգվածն ապահովում են հենց այդ ընկերությունները։
 
Չմոռանանք, որ անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերին էլ Արցախի շրջափակումը սկսվեց ադրբեջանցի կեղծ բնապահպանների ակցիայով, որն արագ վերաճեց տոտալ շրջափակման՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ներկայությամբ։ Ալիևյան վարչակարգի պայմաններում որևէ բնապահպան չի կարող իր երկրում նման գործունեություն ծավալել, փոխարենը Բաքվի հանձնարարությամբ աշխատում են Հայաստանի դեմ։
 
Հայաստանյան բնապահպանական կազմակերպությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել, թե մոտ երկու տարի Հայաստանում «թունավոր ծանր մետաղների տարածման ուղիների» հետ կապված ուսումնասիրություններ է իրականացրել չեխական «Առնիկա» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, որի փորձագետները մի քանի օրից ժամանելու են Հայաստան՝ ամփոփելու ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները: Պարզվում է՝ Հայաստանից որևէ մասնագետ այդ հետազոտությանը չի մասնակցել, հայտնի չէ, թե ովքեր, ինչ մեթոդներով են իրականացրել նմուշառումները։ Ըստ մասնագետների, մակերեսային մոտեցում է այն, որ երկու տարվա տվյալ և փորձանմուշներ հավաքելով՝ Հայաստանի քիմիական աղտոտվածության վերաբերյալ եզրակացություններ են անում, ինչն արդեն կասկածի տակ է դնում թե՛ արդյունքների հավաստիությունը, թե՛ պնդումների հիմնավորումները, թե՛ արվող վերլուծությունների համակողմանիությունը:
 
Ամենագլխավոր հարցը՝ ում ֆինանսավորմամբ է արվել այդ հետազոտությունը։ Չեխիան, ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանին զենք մատակարարող երկրներից մեկն է, չի բացառվում, որ հենց ալիևյան վարչախումբն է միջնորդավորված գումար փոխանցել, համապատասխանաբար՝ եզրակացությունն էլ լինելու է ընդդեմ հայաստանյան հանքարդյունաբերողների։
