ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն ու ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն այսօր հանդիպել են Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսի հետ՝ քննարկելու ԵՄ բյուջետային աջակցության ծրագրի կրթության բաղադրիչը:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը ողջունել է հյուրերին և կարևորել Եվրամիության հետ շարունակական համագործակցությունը կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների համատեքստում: Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն ընդգծել է՝ այս պահին էլ հանրակրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներն ու նոր չափորոշչի ներդրումն իրականացվում է հենց ԵՄ աջակցությամբ:

«Ուրախ եմ, որ երկկողմ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և խորացնելու հնարավորություն ունենք»,- ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը՝ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով շարունակական համագործակցության ու աջակցության համար:

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը ևս կարևորել է Եվրամիության հետ համագործակցությունն ու հույս է հայտնել, որ այն խորացնելու փոխադարձ հանձնառությունը նոր թափ կհաղորդի ընթացիկ և սպասվող նախաձեռնությունների կենսագործմանը: Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը նշել է՝ տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն ու դրանց իրականացումը պլանավորվում են պետական բյուջեում, իսկ տարատեսակ բյուջետային աջակցությունները փոխլրացնում են դրանք՝ նպաստելով աշխատանքների արդյունավետ իրագործմանը:

Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար՝ կարևորելով Հայաստանի հետ հաջող համագործակցությունն ու այն զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ ջանքերը մեկտեղելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել:

Դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը բարձր է գնահատել նաև ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող դպրոցաշինության ծավալուն աշխատանքները՝ նշելով, որ Եվրամիությունը դիտարկում է նաև այս գործընթացում Հայաստանին աջակցելու հնարավորությունը: Այս համատեքստում ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ նախարարության 2024 թվականի բյուջեն նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աննախադեպ՝ 38%-ով աճ կգրանցի և կկազմի շուրջ 345 մլրդ 417 մլն դրամ, որտեղ 129 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 37.4 տոկոս նախատեսված է հենց կապիտալ ծախսերի համար:

Քննարկման ընթացքում նշվել է, որ Հայաստանին հատկացվող բյուջետային աջակցությունը շարունակական է լինելու, որում կրթության ոլորտների համար նախատեսված մասնաբաժինը շուրջ 5 մլն եվրո է կազմելու:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանվածների աջակցության ծրագրերին, մասնավորապես նրանց կրթության կարիքների գնահատմանը, պետության կողմից իրականացված առաջնահերթ քայլերին և նախանշվող հեռահար լուծումներին: ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը կարևորել է Եվրոպական միության կողմից փախստականների կարիքների հասցեագրմանն ուղղված շարունակական աջակցությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրելու ՀՀ-ԵՄ ընթացիկ փոխգործակցությունն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:
