Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կոնգրեսի տեղական և տարածքային իշխանությունների պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում են զեկուցողներ Բերնդ Վորինգերը (Գերմանիա) և Բրոնի Ռադկինը (Միացյալ Թագավորություն), 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ճանաչողական այց կկատարի Երևան ու Մասիսի քաղաքապետարան, «Հումանիտար իրավիճակը Ղարաբաղում և հարակից քաղաքներում ու տարածաշրջաններում» 7-րդ հռչակագրի (2023) իրականացմանը հետևելու նպատակով: Այդ մասին հայտնել է Եվրախորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունը, հաղորդում է «Լուրերը»:
Նրանց կուղեկցի Տեղական ինքնակառավարման եվրոպական խարտիայի անկախ փորձագետների խմբի անդամ, պրոֆեսոր Ենս Վելկը (Գերմանիա):
Զեկուցողները քննարկումներ կանցկացնեն տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանի և աշխատանքի ու սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի հետ։ Պատվիրակությունը կհանդիպի Արտաշատի, Երևանի, Գորիսի և Հրազդանի համայնքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Բացի այդ, կկայանա հանդիպում ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գործակալության (UNHCR) և Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերակցության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Կոնգրեսի պատվիրակությունը կայցելի նաև Մասիս համայնք՝ հանդիպելու ՏԻՄ ներկայացուցիչներին։
