«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Էստոնական err.ee հրատարակությունը «ERR-ի թղթակիցը՝ Հայաստանում. Ադրբեջանին սահմանակից շրջաններում ճանապարհներով տեղաշարժի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի համար անցնող տարին նշանավորվեց հիմնականում չճանաչված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունից հայ բնակչության զանգվածային արտագաղթով: Բացի դա, երկրի՝ Ադրբեջանին սահմանակից շրջաններում փախստականների հոսքին ավելացել են սահմանային ճանապարհներով տեղաշարժի հետ կապված խնդիրները։ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանն այսօր պաշտոնապես հաստատված չէ: 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո ադրբեջանական զորքերը իրենց անցակետերն են հիմնել գերիշխող բարձունքներում և սահմանային ճանապարհներին։
«Այժմ այն ճանապարհը, որով ես և օպերատոր Կրիստյան Սվիրգսդենը երկու տարի առաջ գնում էինք դեպի հայկական գյուղեր, առնվազն մեր համար փակ է», - նշել է ERR-ի թղթակից Անտոն Ալեքսեևը: «Երկու տարի առաջ գնում էինք այդ ճանապարհով, անցած տարի փակեցին, եթե կարող են Արցախի ճանապարհը փակել, մարդկանց ու երեխաներին սոված թողնել, ապա ինչո՞ւ չփակել այստեղ, փակում են, որ հայ ժողովրդին ծնկի բերեն»,- պատմել է Սյունիքի մարզի Սինոդ գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը: Արցախի կորուստը Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչների համար նշանակում է ոչ միայն փակ ճանապարհներ, այլ նաև փախստականների հոսք չճանաչված հանրապետությունից։ Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի վերջին փաստացի ողջ հայ բնակչությունը՝ ավելի քան 100 հազար մարդ, լքել է Ղարաբաղը և մտել Հայաստան։ Հայկական եկեղեցու շենքում այժմ գտնվում է փախստականների ճամբարը։ Այնտեղ գլխավորը Գերետիկն է՝ Ղարաբաղից մի փախստական։ Գերետիկը Ղարաբաղի կորստի համար մեղադրում է Հայաստանի ղեկավարությանը, թեև ռուս խաղաղապահները պետք է ապահովեին չճանաչված հանրապետության բնակչության անվտանգությունը։
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերցրեց ու ասաց, որ Արցախը ադրբեջանական հող է, իսկ Ռուսաստանն ի՞նչ կարող էր անել: Ոչինչ, բայց դա քաղաքականություն է: Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ իմ վերաբերմունքը չի փոխվել, քանի որ չեմ կարծում, որ այսպես կշարունակվի, կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը Արցախը չի տա Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ դա իրեն ձեռնտու չէ»,- ընդգծել է Գերետիկը։ Նրա ամուսինը՝ Գարիկը, Ղարաբաղի կորստի համար մեղադրում է չճանաչված հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին։ «Նա կարծում է, որ մեր հայրենիքը ծախված էր»,- ասել է Գերետիկը։ «Առաջինը Պուտինն էր, երկրորդը՝ Փաշինյանը, երրորդը՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը»,պարզաբանել է Գարիկը։ Գերետիկը վստահ է, որ Ղարաբաղում հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները չեն կարող միասին ապրել։ «Չէ, Ադրբեջանի դրոշի տակ՝ ո՛չ, կյանքում երբե՛ք, մի քիչ կսպասենք, նրանք 30 տարի սպասեցին՝ մենք էլ մի քիչ կսպասենք, կվերադարձնենք Արցախը։ Ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, անհնարին ոչինչ չկա»,- եզրափակել է նա։
