Երևանի բոլոր մանկապարտեզներում տեսախցիկներ տեղադրելու մասին քննարկումներ են տարվում։ Պետք է հասկանանք՝ իրավական տեսանկյունից ինչ պատկեր է, այսինքն՝ պետք է հստակ համոզվենք՝ որևէ խնդիր չկա՞, որ տեսախցիկներ տեղադրվեն։ Այս մասին այսօր MediaHub-ին փոխանցեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Հայկ Կոստանյանը։
«Որոշում դեռ չկա, իրավական, տեխնիկական, ֆինանսական առումով պետք է այն ուսումնասիրել։ Պետք է հասկանանք նաև, թե ինչ միջոցներով են ձեռք բերվելու, որովհետև մանկապարտեզները շատ են, հետևաբար տեսախցիկներն են շատ լինելու, աշխատանքն էլ՝ բարդ ու ժամանակատար»,-ընդծեց նա։
Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ ենթադրվում է, որ մրցույթ կանցկացվի։
«Ըստ ընթացակարգի ենք շարժվելու, եկող տարի արդեն պատկերն ամբողջական կլինի։ Պետք է հասկանանք նաև, թե ով է վերահսկելու»,- ընդգծեց Կոստանյանը։
Նշենք, որ որոշումը պետական մանկապարտեզների համար է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ շաբաթ մամուլում հրապարակվեց ձայնագրություն, որտեղ ներկայացվում էր թիվ 94 մանկապարտեզի ավագ խմբի առօրյայից մի քանի դրվագ, թե ինչպես է խմբի դաստիարակ հոգեբան-մանկավարժը պիտակավորում խմբի երեխաներին ու թե ինչպես է վարվում երեխաների հետ: Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Հայկ Կոստանյանը նախորդ շաբաթ հայտնել էր, որ համայնքային ենթակայության համար 94 մանկապարտեզում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպով պայմանավորված (խմբի դաստիարակի՝ երեխաների նկատմամբ անընդունելի վարքագիծ) աշխատանքից ազատվել են համար 94 մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը, մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակը, ինչպես նաև Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի բաժնի պետը։
«Ի հավելումն ասվածի՝ տեղեկացնեմ, որ վերջերս ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների՝ նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում իրականացված գործողությունների արդյունքում (առավել մանրամասն՝ կից հղումով), ևս 11 մանկապարտեզների տնօրեններ ազատվել են աշխատանքից: Վերը նշվածի վերաբերյալ ամբողջական տեղեկատվությունն այս պահին այսքանն է»,- գրել էր Կոստանյանը:
