ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մասնաճյուղերում բացել է հաճախորդների սպասարկման «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտիներ

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը «Պրիվիլեգիա» սեգմենտի հաճախորդների անհատական սպասարկման համար գոտիներ է բացել հինգ մասնաճյուղերում. երկուսը՝ Երևանում, Էջմիածնում, Արմավիրում և Գյումրիում: 2024թ.-ին բանկը նախատեսում է կրկնապատկել պրեմիում ծառայությունների փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար հատկացված տարածքով նման գրասենյակների թիվը։
«Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթը հնարավորություն է տալիս օգտվել բանկի պրեմիում ծառայություններից: Հաճախորդները ստանում են անհատական սպասարկում, ավելի շահավետ ֆինանսական պայմաններ և սպասարկման բարձր մակարդակ։ Բանկի գրասենյակներում նման հաճախորդներն ունեն անհատական հանդիպումների համար նախատեսված սենյակ՝ բանկային գործարքներ իրականացնելու հնարավորությամբ։
Առանձնացված գոտիներում «Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթից օգտվողները կարող են ստանալ անձնական մենեջերի
խորհրդատվություն ցանկացած ֆինանսական հարցերի վերաբերյալ, բացել և համալրել ավանդ, հաշիվ կամ քարտ, կանխիկացնել միջոցներ, կատարել կոմիսիոն գործարքներ և փոխանցումներ: Ծառայության շրջանակներում անվճար սպասարկումը հասանելի է նաև հաճախորդի ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկին:

անհրաժեշտությունը, առաջին հերթին, թելադրված է հենց հաճախորդների՝ անհատական սպասարկում ստանալու ցանկությամբ։ Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում գոտիավորման հայեցակարգը մշակված է այնպես, որ նրանց ապահովի առավելագույն հարմարավետություն և գաղտնիություն: Մինչև տարվա վերջ մեր մասնաճյուղային ցանցի 10%-ը կկարողանա սպասարկել հաճախորդներին նոր «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտիներում: 2024թ.-ին նախատեսում ենք

«Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթի օգտատեր դառնալու համար պետք է առնվազն 6 ամիս ժամկետով բանկային ավանդ
ներդնել՝ սկսած 4 մլն ՀՀ դրամ գումարից (կամ համարժեք արտարժույթ), կամ վճարել ամսական սպասարկման
վճար:
