Ֆրանսիայում քննարկել են Արցախում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման հարցերը

Դեկտեմբերի 11-12-ին Ֆրանսիայի «Արևելյան լեզուների և քաղաքակրթությունների ազգային ինստիտուտում» («INALCO») տեղի է ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանմանն ուղղված՝ «Շուշին՝ Կովկասի մարգարիտ» խորագրով երկօրյա գիտաժողով, որով պաշտոնապես մեկնարկվել է «Հայկական հուշարձանների ժառանգության փաստագրման և պահպանման» հնգամյա ծրագիրը՝ «Հիշատակարան» նախագծի նախաձեռնությամբ, «INALCO» հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցությամբ, «Հակամարտության գոտիներում պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության միջազգային դաշինքի» (ALIPH) ու «Գալուստ Գյուլբենկյան» հիմնադրամի ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից։
Համաժողովին խոսքով են հանդես եկել Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի փոխնախագահ Պիեր Ուզուլիասը, Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը, «INALCO» ինստիտուտի նախագահ Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Հյուշեն և «INALCO» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Ֆիլիպ Ադվանին, Ֆրանսիայի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Շառլ Պերսոնան, ինչպես նաև «ALIPH»-ի և «Գալուստ Գյուլբենկյան» հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները։
ՀՀ դեսպանն իր խոսքում մեծապես արժևորել է Հայկական հուշարձանների ժառանգության պահպանմանն ուղղված ծրագրի իրականացումը ու շնորհակալություն հայտնել «INALCO» հիմնադրամին, «ALIPH»-ին և «Գալուստ Գյուլբենկյան» հիմնադրամին նման ծրագրին սատարելու համար։
Իր խոսքում Հայաստանի դեսպանն անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին իր բնօրրանում էթնիկ զտման ենթարկելուց հետո պատմական և կրոնական ժառանգության ոչնչացման վտանգին, վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման և աղճատման քաղաքականությանը, Նախիջևանում հայկական մշակութային ողջ ժառանգության բնաջնջման իրողությանը։
Համաժողովի ընթացքում զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել «INALCO»-ի պրոֆեսոր-հետազոտող, «Հիշատակարան» նախագծի հիմնադիր Աննա Լեյլոյան-Եկմալյանը, պատմամշակութային ժառանգության ոլորտի՝ Հայաստանից հրավիրված և ֆրանսիացի մասնագետներ։ Ներկայացվել են զեկույցներ «Շուշիի և Արցախի հոգևոր-մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության», «Շուշին 19-րդ դարի վերջին ու 20-րդ դարի սկզբին որպես մշակույթի և մտավորականության քաղաք», «Շուշիի պատմական և մշակութային ժառանգությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի թիրախի ներքո», «Շուշին որպես կրթական և հոգևոր կենտրոն Արցախի թեմում և Սուրբ Էջմիածնի առաքելությունը Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման գործում» թեմաներով։
Տեղեկատվություն․ «Հայկական հուշարձանների ժառանգության փաստագրման և պահպանման» հնգամյա ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել ակադեմիական անկախ հարթակ, որը հնագետների, ճարտարապետների, մշակութային մարդաբանության ու հայագիտության մասնագետների և թարգմանիչների աջակցությամբ կապահովի գիտականորեն ուսումնասիրված փաստագրական տվյալների հավաքագրում: Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է հայկական հուշարձանների ժառանգության պահպանման նպատակով բացահայտել, քարտեզագրել և գույքագրել հուշարձանները՝ հինգ տարվա ընթացքում պատրաստելով վտանգի տակ գտնվող հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության վայրերի ու հուշարձանների վերաբերյալ շուրջ երկու հազար թվային «անձնագրեր»:
