ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին դեկտեմբերի համար 50000 դրամ սոցաջակցություն տալու նպատակով 3.7 մլրդ դրամ կհատկացվի

Կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին ցուցաբերվող 50000 դրամ սոցիալական աջակցության դեկտեմբեր ամսվա տրամադրումն ապահովելու նպատակով կհատկացվի 3.7 մլրդ դրամ:
Գործադիրի մեկ այլ որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է ապահովել ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ ծրագրի շահառու հանդիսացող 70000 անձանց 2023 թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսվա համար՝ 40000 դրամ՝ ժամանակավոր կացարանում բնակվելու և 10000 դրամ՝ կոմունալ ծառայությունների ծախսերի համար տրամադրվող սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրումը: Այդ նպատակի համար պետբյուջեից կհատկացվի 3,500,000,000 դրամ:
Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն, ժամանակավոր կացարանում բնակվելու և կոմունալ ծառայությունների ծախսերի կատարմանն օժանդակելու և նրանց առաջնային սպառողական կարիքները հոգալու համար սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրման հետ կապված հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու նպատակով: Առաջարկվող կարգավորումների կբացառեն շահառուի՝ իրենից անկախ պատճառներով սոցիալական աջակցության գումարը չստանալը: Մասնավորապես առաջարկվում են հետևյալ կարգավորումները՝ 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի N 1957-Լ որոշմամբ հաստատված միջոցառման շրջանակում դիմումների ներկայացման ժամկետ սահմանել 2024 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը ներառյալ՝ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 15-ի փոխարեն, բոլոր 3 որոշումներում սահմանել բողոքարկման ընթացակարգեր, որպեսզի տեղահանված անձինք կարողանան վերականգնել սոցիալական աջակցություն ստանալու իրենց իրավունքը:
Գործադիրի մեկ այլ որոշմամբ էլ նախատեսվում է 6.6 մլն դրամ հատկացնել՝ ԼՂ-ի ուղղությամբ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում անհայտ կորածների ընտանիքներին նոյեմբեր և դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին սոցիալական աջակցություն տրամադրելու համար։
