Թմրանյութ պահելու կասկածով բերման ենթարկված պրոռեկտորի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է

Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Սահակ Մանուկյանի և նույն համալսարանի դասախոս Հակոբ Մադոյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված հանրային քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է՝ մեղսագրվող արարքը չկատարելու հիմքով։
Որոշումը կայացվել է դեկտեմբերի 15-ին, Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազի կողմից։ Այսինքն, դատախազությունն ու իրավապահ մարմիններն ընդունել են, որ բուհական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչները չեն կատարել հակաիրավական գործողություն, չեն ունեցել իրենց մոտ ու չեն իրացրել թմրանյութ, ինչի մասին այդքան մեծ հանրային աղմուկ էր բարձրացվել, իսկ խնդիրն անգամ քաղաքականացվել էր՝ հաշվի առնելով Բրյուսովի անվան համալսարանում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ոկտեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 3-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները ծառայության ընթացքում հերթական անգամ հայտաբերել էին կասկածելի 2 քաղաքացու, ովքեր Մինսկի փողոցում իբր տարօրինակ վարքագիծ էին դրսևորել:
Պարեկները մոտեցել էին այդ քաղաքացիներին, և նկատել, թե իբր նրանցից մեկը գրպանից իրեր է դուրս հանել ու նետել: Տեղում պարեկները վնասազերծել էին նրանց և պարզվել էր, որ նետել էին 3 փաթեթ և 2 գլանակ:
Նշված անձինք թմրանյութ պահելու և օգտագործելու հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով պարեկների կողմից ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել էին ոստիկանության Նոր-Նորքի բաժին: Դեպքի փաստով Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ, նշված անձինք ոստիկանության Նոր-Նորքի բաժնից ներկայացվել էին Ավան և Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
