Այսօր դեկտեմբերի 22-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ժամը 02:30-ի սահմաններում «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «դեմքի, նախաբազկի 1-ին աստիճանի այրվածք մարմնի 2-3 տոկոսով» և «դեմքի, զույգ դաստակների 1-ին աստիճանի այրվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Բդոյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանը, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանն ու բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Գևորգ Միքայելյանը: Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ, քանի որ գտնվում են անհետաձգելի բուժօգնության սենյակում:

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածներն են Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 21-ամյա Մարտիկ Սևոյանն ու 38-ամյա Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը: Մինչ բժիշկները բուժօգոնւթյուն են ցուցաբերել վիրավորներին, ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները պարզել են, որ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում Մրգաստան գյուղի 1-ին փողոցում Հ. Մանուկյանի կողմից վարվող Opel-ում վերջինիս կողմից ծխախոտը վառելու և գազի բալոնից տեղի ունեցած արտահոսքի հետևանքով առաջացել է պայթյուն, ինչն էլ դարձել է նշված անձանց մարմնական վնասվածքների պատճառը:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության, Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սամվել Սիմոնյանի, Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բարոյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի փաստով Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները հայտնաբերել են Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:
