Արցախի վառելիքաքսուկային պահեստում պայթյունից հետո 218 անձից 3-ի ինքնությունը չի պարզվել․ մանրամասներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ամփոփել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ստեփանակերտ-Ասկերան ավտոճանապարհին հարող տարածքում գտնվող վառելիքաքսուկային նյութերի պահեստում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթով նախաքննության միջանկյալ արդյունքները։ Հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։
Ըստ այդմ՝ իրականացված քննչական և այլ վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված պահեստում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհվել է 218 անձ, որոնցից 2-ը հանդիսացել են պահեստում ծառայություն իրականացնող ԼՂ ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայողներ, 31-ը՝ զինծառայող, այդ թվում՝ 9 սպա, 5 ենթասպա, մյուսները՝ շարքային կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Պայթյունի և դրանից հետո բռնկված հրդեհի հետևանքով առնվազն 120 անձ ստացել է տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ հիմնականում այրվածքների տեսքով։ Քննության այս պահի տվյալներով՝ անհայտ է 21 անձի գտնվելու վայրը։
Մահացած անձանցից 138-ի ինքնությունը պարզվել է նշանակված դատագենետիկական փորձաքննությունների, 77-ինը՝ այլ քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների միջոցով։
Պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացած 218 անձից 3-ի ինքնությունը քննությամբ դեռևս հնարավոր չի եղել պարզել, քանի որ նշված անձանց հարազատները դեռևս չեն դիմել և չեն հանձնել դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություն նշանակելու նմուշ՝ անհրաժեշտ նույնականացումը կատարելու համար։
Այն անձինք, ովքեր ունեն պայթյունի դեպքի վայրում գտնված և դրանից հետո անհետ կորած հարազատներ և դեռևս չեն դիմել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հորդորում է դիմել ՀՀ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչություն՝ պայթյունից զոհված վերոնշյալ 3 մարմինների ինքնությունը պարզելու նպատակով։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
