Հայր և որդի` Սանասար և Տիգրան Մարտիրոսյաններն աշխատում են բացահանքում` համապատասխանաբար որպես էլփականագործ և գծային էներգետիկ: Հայրը ոլորտում է 1989 թվականից, որդին` 2010 թվականից: Սկզբում միասին են աշխատել, հայրը որդուն հմտություններ և մասնագիտական նրբություններ է սովորեցրել, սակայն ասում է` ոլորտն այնպիսին է` անընդհատ զարգանալու և ինքնակրթվելու կարիք կա:
Որդին աշխատում է բացահանքի գծային տեղամասում որպես գծային էներգետիկ:
Հրայր Մխոյանն աշխատում է Հանքաքարի ջարդման և տեղափոխման արտադրամասի` էներգետիկական կառավարչությանում որպես էներգետիկ: Ոլորտում աշխատանքի է անցել 2018 թվականից:
Մխոյանների ընտանիքում էներգետիկի մասնագիտությունը փոխանցվել է ժառանգաբար, ընկերությունում կրկին ոլորտի աշխատակից էր հայրը` Կորյուն Մխոյանը:
