Սիետոլոգ Պոլինա Ժուրավլևայի կարծիքով՝ ամանորյա տոնական սեղանի ավանդական մթերքներից մեկը կարող է պոտենցիալ վտանգավոր լինել։
Դիետոլոգը պարզաբանել է, որ դա վտանգավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե մարդն այն շատ ուտի։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մանդարինները պարունակում են շատ մեծ քանակությամբ շաքար, ինչպես նաև ասկորբին և կիտրոնաթթուներ։ «Սրանք այսպես կոչված նարնջագույն ամանորյա մարդասպաններն են, ավելի լավ է դրանք քիչ ուտել»,- բացատրեց բժիշկը՝ հավելելով, որ այս անուշահոտ մրգերի չարաշահումը կարող է հանգեցնել պեպտիկ խոցի, երիկամների խնդիրների և նույնիսկ գիրության։
Սա իր հերթին կարող է մեծացնել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների, նյութափոխանակության խանգարումների և այլ հիվանդությունների զարգացման ռիսկը։
Բացի այդ, ալերգիայի դեպքում խորհուրդ չի տրվում մանդարին ուտել։ Մինչեւ երեք տարեկան երեխաներին նույնպես մանդարին չեն տալիս։
Սակայն, ըստ սննդաբանի, մանդարինի չափավոր օգտագործումը օգնում է աղեստամոքսային տրակտին և նպաստում է օրգանիզմի կողմից սննդանյութերի ավելի լավ կլանմանը:
Առողջ մարդը կարող է օրական ուտել մինչև 500 գրամ մանդարին, իսկ 3 տարեկանից երեխաներին կարելի է տալ օրական 3 մրգից ոչ ավելի և վերահսկել հնարավոր ալերգիկ ռեակցիան։
