Ինչպես տարբերել ֆինանսական բուրգերը

Վերջին ամիսներին Հայաստանում ֆինանսական զեղծարարությունների ակտիվացմանը զուգահեռ ի հայտ են եկել և սոցիալական ցանցերով ակտիվորեն գովազդվում են տարբեր ֆինանսական բուրգեր, որոնք խոստանում են բարձր եկամուտ ներդրումների համար և, որպես կանոն, հավաքելով գումարը՝ անհետանում:
Խնդրում ենք լինել հետևողական և զգույշ՝ տարբեր խարդախ մեխանիզմների զոհ չդառնալու համար:
Կան մի քանի նախանշաններ, որոնք կօգնեն տարբերել ֆինանսական բուրգը.
- Երաշխավորում են բարձր եկամուտ՝ առանց ֆինանսական որևէ ռիսկի: Ընկերությունը հրապարակայնորեն խոստանում է շուկայականից անհամեմատ ավելի բարձր եկամուտ: Նշվում է եկամտի հաշվարկման և տրամադրման անհասկանալի, բարդ կարգ:
- Ներդրումների մասին հիմքեր չեն տրամադրում։ Ցույց են տալիս գեղեցիկ նկարներ, տեսանյութեր և այլն, սակայն ոչ ֆինանսական փաստաթղթեր: Գումարն առաջարկում են ուղարկել ուրիշ ֆինանսական կազմակերպության հասցեին, որևէ անձի ֆինանսական քարտին և այլն, կամ էլ փոխանցել կանխիկ:
- Այս դեպքում որևէ մեկը չի կարող ապացուցել, որ ներդրում է կատարել:
Չեն նշում կապի միջոցներ, իսկ ներդրում կատարած դժգոհող անձանց անհիմն արգելափակում են:
- Առաջարկում են նոր հաճախորդներ ներգրավել և յուրաքանչյուր նոր հաճախորդի համար խոստանում հավելյալ եկամուտ:
- Հնարավոր ներդրողների վստահությանն արժանանալու համար հաճախ հրապարակում են հայտնի ընկերությունների հետ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկություն։
Այսպես շահագրգռելով մարդկանց՝ փորձում են հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետում առավելագույն գումար ներգրավել, յուրացնել և «անհետանալ»: Հուսալի ներդրումներ կատարելու և հնարավոր ֆինանսական կորուստներից խուսափելու նպատակով.
- Ընտրեք գրանցված ընկերություն, որի մասին տեղեկատվություն կա իրավասու կազմակերպությունների կայքերում:
- Ներդրումների նպատակով ընտրեք այնպիսի ընկերություն, որը վերահսկվում է ՀՀ ԿԲ կողմից․ ցանկը հրապարակված է ԿԲ կայքում:
- Ուշադիր կարդացեք, վերստուգեք ֆինանսական պայմանագրերն ու այլ փաստաթղթերը՝ ըստ անհրաժեշտության խորհրդակցելով իրավաբանների հետ:
