Այդ ծրագիրը շարունակվում է լինել, գոյություն ունենալ: Նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները դրա համար տարվում են, և մեր համար բացի փողոցային պայքարից այլ գործիք անընկալելի է թվում մեկ պարզ պատճառով:
