Ադրբեջանցի կալանավորված զինծառայողներ Ագշին Բաբիրովն ու Հուսեյն Ախունդովը Ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական որևէ ճնշման չեն ենթարկվել։ 
 
Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան այս մասին ասել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից։ Ախունդովն ու Բաբիրովը Հայաստանում դատապարտվել են սպանության և սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու համար։ Նրանց վերադարձից հետո ադրբեջանական մամուլում հայտնվեցին տեսանյութեր, որտեղ նրանց հարազատները հայտարարում էին, թե իբր Հայաստանում Ախունդովին և Բաբիրովին բռնության և հոգեբանական ճնշման են ենթարկել։
 
Կալանավորված Ագշին Բաբիրովը ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ է ընդունվել է 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 13-ին, Հուսեյն Ախունդովը՝ 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 15-ին։
 
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից նշում են, որ ադրբեջանցի կալանավորվածներին այցելել են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը և ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի աշխատակիցները, բացի այդ 8 այց են ունեցել Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները (19.04.2023, 13.06.2023, 20.07.2023, 07.08.2023, 11.09.2023, 19.10.2023, 20.10.2023, 23.11.2023)։
 
«Ագշին Բաբիրովը և Հուսեյն Ախունդովը պահվել են խցային պայմաններում, կենցաղային խնդիրներ չեն ունեցել, խցերն ապահովված են գույքով և մշտական խմելու ջրով։ Կալանավորված անձանց տրամադրվել է սնունդ, հագուստ, կենցաղային և անկողնային պարագաներ, դեղորայք։ Մեկ կալանավորված անձի սննդի օրական ծախսը կազմում է 1550 դրամ»,- նշված է հարցման պատասխանում։
