Հայտնի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը, ով տարիներ առաջ Արցախ այցելելու համար հայտնվել էլ ադրբեջանական բանտում հրապարակել է Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին ձերբակաման լուսանկարը և կից գրել․
«Ադրբեջանական «Յալան» իշխանամետ կայքն այսօր հոդված է հրապարակել, որում ասվում է, որ Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը բանտում ասել է. «Ես ինձ համարում եմ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի և շատ եմ ափսոսում, որ Ադրբեջանի պետական լեզվին լավ չեմ տիրապետում»։
Այնպես որ, կրկնվում է այն սցենարը, որն օգտագործում էին ադրբեջանցիները իմ դեմ. Բաքվի իշխանությունները որոշակի հայտարարություններ են անում իբր ապօրինի ձերբակալվածների անունից, իսկ իրենք՝ ձերբակալվածները, որպես կանոն, պատկերացում չունեն իրենց վերագրվող խոսքերի մասին։
2017 թվականին, երբ Բելառուսից ինձ ապօրինի արտահանձնեցին Ադրբեջան, շուտով բանտում դաժան հարձակման ենթարկվեցի սպանության նպատակով, ադրբեջանցիները գրեցին, թե իբր ես նամակ եմ ուղարկել Ալիևին՝ Ղարաբաղը ադրբեջանական ճանաչելով։ Ավելի ուշ Ստրասբուրգի Եվրոպական դատարանը գտավ, որ «նամակը» կեղծիք է, քանի որ սեպտեմբերի 11-ին (նամակի գրման օրը) ես հիվանդանոցում էի կոմայի մեջ, ինչպես նաև դատարանը մեղավոր ճանաչեց Ադրբեջանին ապօրինի արտահանձնման մեջ:
Հ․ Գ․ Ցուցադրական լուսանկարի համար հատուկ ջոկատայիններ ընտրելիս, կարծում եմ, ողջ երկրում ադրբեջանցիները փնտրում էին բավականին բարձր հասակի թեկնածուներ: Հնարավոր է, որ լուսանկարում դերասաններ են, այլ ոչ՝ զինվորականներ։ Ընդհանրապես, այնտեղ մարդիկ հիմնականում փոքրամարմին են, բառացիորեն ընդամենը մի քանի մարդ կա, որ ունեն 180-ից բարձր հասակ : Քուրդախանի բանտում, որտեղ ինձ պահում էին, ես՝ իմ համեստ 178 սմ հասակով, ինձ հսկա էի զգում, քանի որ ադրբեջանցիների 99%-ն ինձանից ցածրահասակ էր»․-գրել է բլոգերը։
