Ուկրաինայի արտգործնախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբան պատմել է, որ Վիլնյուսում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հուլիսյան գագաթնաժողովում իրեն տարել են գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգի կողքից և նստեցրել դաշինքի անդամների հետ։ Այս մասին գրում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն:
«Երբ (Ուկրաինայի-Խմբ.) նախագահը կամ ես, կամ պաշտպանության նախարարը հանդիպում ենք Ուկրաինա-ՆԱՏՕ ձևաչափով մեր գործընկերների հետ, ապա մեր տեղն այլևս գլխավոր քարտուղարի (Ենս Ստոլտենբերգի - խմբ.) կողքին չէ՝ որպես հյուր, այլ այբբենական կարգով՝ այնտեղ, որտեղ նստելու ենք, երբ դառնանք ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ՝ Թուրքիայի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի միջև», - բացատրել է Կուլեբան։
Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ անհարմար իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, երբ նա, սովորության համաձայն, փորձել է հյուրերի համար նախատեսված տեղում նստել՝ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստոլտենբերգի կողքին, սակայն մերժում է ստացել։
«Դմիտրի՛, հիմա քո տեղն այնտեղ է՝ մեր մեջ, որովհետև դու հավասար ես»,- մեջբերել է դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարի խոսքը Կուլեբան:
